To be eligible for Warranty Replacement the conditions detailed in Ideazon’s Limited Warranty Statement must be met.

These terms and conditions apply to all hardware products manufactured or distributed by Ideazon, Inc. ("Ideazon") under the Ideazon and Zboard brand names.

Limited Warranty Statement

Ideazon's warranty obligations (the "Limited Warranty") are limited to the terms set forth below:

This Limited Warranty applies only in the United States and Canada, only to the Hardware, and only to the direct purchaser thereof (except as set out below).

Ideazon warrants that the Hardware that you have purchased from Ideazon or from an Ideazon authorized reseller (an "Authorized Reseller") is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period stated below.

Each warranty period commences on the original date of purchase. The dated sales receipt is the sole proof of the date of purchase. Failure to retain and present the dated sales receipt voids the Limited Warranty.

The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and therefore only applies to you, the original purchaser. You cannot rely on the Limited Warranty unless you can demonstrate to Ideazon’s satisfaction that the defect in material or workmanship occurred during the applicable warranty period, and unless you notify Ideazon in writing during such applicable warranty period of the defect.

If Ideazon agrees that there is a defect in the Hardware, Ideazon will, at its option, replace or repair such Hardware or component thereof with new parts, or used parts that meet or exceed performance specifications for new parts, provided you have supplied complete contact information, serial number and proof of purchase and have returned the component during the applicable warranty period, with transportation charges prepaid. All Hardware parts, components or products returned or removed under this Limited Warranty become the property of Ideazon.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the Hardware as long as it can be identified by the applicable "Ideazon" trademarks, trade names or logos affixed to it and each of its components. Ideazon does not warrant any products that are not Ideazon Hardware products.

This Limited Warranty does not apply if the Hardware has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication. This Limited Warranty does not apply if the Hardware has been modified without the written permission of Ideazon, or if the serial number has been removed, defaced or invalidated.

Ideazon's has no obligations under this Limited Warranty with respect to any software distributed by Ideazon, whether or not such is packaged with, loaded on or intended to operate the Hardware. Pertinent terms relating to such software are set forth in the applicable end user license agreement. Without limitation, and for further clarity, Ideazon has no obligation to repair or replace such software under this Limited Warranty.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IDEAZON SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO IDEAZON DEALER, RESELLER, DISTRIBUTOR, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

IN NO EVENT WILL IDEAZON AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, DATA, PROFITS OR SAVINGS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH ANY IDEAZON PRODUCTS. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
